Shortly after switching to auto coverage with you, I was unfortunately hit by a deer, a big deer. There was a lot of damage and when I called Erie, the customer service rep was more concerned about whether I was safe than the amount of damage. He made filing the claim very fast and easy and I was able to work with a local body repair shop and car rental group. To date, working with you guys and Erie has been very simple and hassle-free. I don't even think about my coverage because I feel secure in what I was sold and the customer service has been fantastic.

Very professional and friendly! Always ready to answer any questions and help out in any way! Brett has been very helpful and courteous with all inquiries! 

Much better value and quality than “big” insurance - can’t imagije going back to the headache those are!

Beth and Mark have taken great care of me while I have been in Charlotte. I first had my car insurance through them and when I was buying a house they were extremely helpful through the process. Thank you!
