Stephanie at Swimmer Insurance Agency went above and beyond to complete my business liability insurance and expedited the process by spending extra time to ensure it was finished in a timely manner. She has amazing communication skills and remained in constant contact throughout the entire process as well as after, which makes me feel like a valued client. I highly recommend this insurance agency as they are willing to help in any way to fulfill your insurance needs.

We have been with Swimmer's Insurance Agency for what seems like a century! Owning 5 Businesses across the greater Charlotte area, you can assume that our standards and level of expectations are high. Matthew Frazier and his colleagues are top notch; always prompt, courteous, and professional. Giving their level of experience and dedication I would recommend them for any and all of your insurance needs! You will not be disappointed!

Called twice for insurance on a commercial vehicle,submitted info for my vehicle and my driver and was told they would get back to me. Never recieved a call. If you don't want the business don't waste my time taking all the info.
