the people there are really nice and always there to help me when i need help sometimes

I am a frequent shopper at charlotte. I love the clothing, and all products that the store offers, but I have a major problem with the customer service. Every time I shop here, all of the employees are extremely rude and not helpful. I have had several instances where I have been standing at the register waiting to check out, and there are 2 or 3 employees standing in the middle of the store having conversations and what seems to me as being gossiping. I have timed it before and it has taken up to 7 minutes of me standing at the register while they are standing right in my view, talking. Any time I have an interaction with an employee, they seem short with me and not willing to help. After several instances and the poor customer service, I am sad to say I will not shop at this location anymore.

I have bad luck when I go to this store to find shoes never have my size.
