Fitting rooms were a mess, clothes were everywhere, and the floors were dirty. Employees were conversational, but useless. I asked 2 different employees and neither one knew about the promotions on the Pink Nation Application. They weren't even familiar with the in-store policy promotion. Stood in line for about 30 minutes because employee at the register seemed to be confused about a customer's transaction before another employee had to help out.

Horrible waiting time when there are two registers not being used. And they rudely tell you that the line is in the back and keep on laughing and giggling amongst themselves.
