I went in looking for a good running shoe and I was greeted right away. I felt very welcomed. Austin and Devonta both helped me and they were both very knowledgeable about the shoes. Both of them were a great help and I walked out with everything I went in for.

Seriously the WORST customer service. A young man was at the front of the store asking people if they needed help and I proceeded to ask him if they had the shoes u was looking for and he waves his hands at me as to hurry up, he then walked away from me to ask other people, I then found the shoes and showed him, he said no but we have the Nike dunks (something like that), and I asked what is that, he repeated himself and then finally showed me, I said oh no thank you. He then proceeded to tell me I wouldn't find those those any where that none of the stores carry them, that they are ugly, I said excuse me I like them, he said "nah they ugly". I left the store immediatly completely shocked at how behavior and my friend even said she wouldn't buy anything from there with that man and his behavior. Young black gentleman, somewhat heavy set, friday 5/12/17
EDIT: I did speak to the store Manager and she apologized greatly, said that no one should of spoken to me that way and no none had the right to judge me on my shoe choices.  Asked me to describe him and she said she would be speaking with him. Thank you

The staff was not helpful at all. They made me feel like a inconvenience to try to get a shoe in my size. I comprised and went ahead and just ordered my shoe for delivery. When my shoes came they didnt fit right and hurt my foot bad. I couldnt wear them for 2 hours. I had to come and return them and i was made to feel a inconvenience again.
