I only come in this store maybe once every three months just for their shoes. They do have a good shoe selection as well as affordable prices. My biggest qualm about this business is the attitudes of the employees. The only employee here that was friendly and greeted everyone in the store regardless of race, how a person was dressed, gender, age, etc was an employee that was pregnant at the time (I never knew her name). Other employees will look at customers as if they don't need to shop there. I have to actually chase down and demand someone to help me especially in their tiny shoe area. Even in the nicest tone, they'll roll their eyes or do a quick "hmph!" like as if I'm bothering them when they need to be doing their job. The service here is horrible and I have regretted giving this business any of my money. Most employees have this stuck up attitude as if Charlotte Russe is some kind of high fashion store like Chanel, Versace, Dolce & Gabbana which I find hilarious because I find most of the products here to be of cheap quality. Again the only good thing about this place are the cute shoes other than that this place along with most of their employees is a dump.
