Corporate JC Penney has destroyed a wonderful shopping experience. The workers are nice and polite but obviously under staff. I was in suits and dress shirts for men and it looked like the aftermath of a storm. It doesn't help when patrons act like uncivilized shoppers and just throw things around. 11/28/2017. I really hope they get a handle on the situation.

The nicest people. I was,looking for a necklace for my mom and the employee couldn't be nicer.  They even told me toasts a week and it would be 60% off.

I had a great experience at JC Penny's and Dalton in the jewelry department was the big reason why. I think you need to promote him. The wonderful sale was also a part of it too. Thank you Dalton and thank you JC Penny's at Eastland mall, Evansville, Indiana.  You make me smile!!

What has happened to this place?!  It is a mess!  Clothes were all over the floor, everything is mixed together, and not enough salespeople to check out. The women's clothing area was a disgrace!  It has really gone downhill!  Sad!
