We take pride in answering our phones when we are not currently assisting with customers, we do apologize that we cannot answer your phone right away, but please understand that customer service will be more than happy to assist you if you cannot reach us at the store. I have been with sprint for 2 years now and it maybe coming to an end due to the customer service at this location. The store manager gave me a card to call or text and don't get an answer called the store someone answers then hangs up the line. The car center has been more helpful then anything. THIS IS THE WORST EXPERIENCE WITH SPRINT I EVER HAD I USUALLY DO EVERYTHING ONLINE LOOKS LIKE I GOT TO GO BACK TO THAT!

The reviews are right about this location not answering their phone.  I called the store 3 times throughout the day and no answer.  The staff is fine when you are at the store, and that's why they get two stars instead of none

Melissa Palmer in the below DIDN'T have insurance as DOES TEP cover physical damage,water damage, and lost or stolen. Phone showed visible condensation in camera lense and liquid indicator in the phone was tripped.

Terrible customer service. Never enough staff and you can’t ever get anyone to answer the phone when you call the store! Do better.
