Staff is terrible and employees are very young don’t seem to know the meaning of customer service, managers don’t seem to do there job probably. Lots of employees sitting at registers just talking. Definitely see this location being shut down in the future!

I love Charlotte Russe, in fact I used to work for them back in Ohio. This particular Charlotte Russe is not as communicable and friendly as the one back home. Reminder: If you work with the public you should have social skills. There are a few girls I tried to start some small talk with and they just stared at me like I was speaking a foreign language. Clothes are a little picked over but you can still find cute things, just gotta find the sales, and be weary of the quality.

Clothes are really cute, a little overpriced for their quality. Customer service good at register but the employees do not go around store asking customers if they need help. Employees always look really busy running around the store lol the location in Westshore Plaza about 15-20 min. further towards Downtown Tampa is much more organized. But overall decent experiences every time I've been which is about 30 times haha
