High rating mostly because of low prices. The quality isn't there, but it's not obvious so it's ok.  Current styles.

Bought a pair of jeans to go out for my birthday but the cashier left the security tag on. When I called to explain the situation, that I didn’t live close and now I can’t wear these jeans, all they said was “go to another Charlotte Russe”... lol. I asked for a coupon because they screwed up and now I bought an outfit for my birthday that I can’t even wear, but they denied me a simple coupon. I will not be returning to this location.

I love it they have great deal everytime I come here!!!! Has good thing to give as gifts for your friend and still get something for your self.

One of the check out girls complained 5+ times about wanting to be done working and even bribed her manager if she could go home that she would buy her Starbucks in return. The other check out girl was rude and proceeded to say she was going to eat and pulled out her candy and started munching behind the counter as I was checking out. Overall, really unprofessional and inappropriate behavior.
