Wish there was an option for negative stars. I bought a pair of birkenstocks about 18 hours ago. I tried them on home they were the wrong size. So I went to the store to ask for a larger size which they didn't have in stock. So simply asked for a refund and they told me no because the shoes looked warn. Literally a little piece of the lettering was  worn off which could have been there before I bought them I didn't look at him that closely. However I feel like it's hard to destroy or wear out shoes in 18 hours when I also needed to sleep during that time period I will never spend a dime here or any of journeys companies again. Their 365 return policy is heavily false. even called corporate outside the store to try and get some help. No lucky they were just as helped as the store manager and the sales associate working.
