I purchased a swimsuit from the GAP. When it arrived, one of the sizes was incorrect (mistakes happen). I called customer service (the rep was nice, professional and helpful) and they overnight ed the correct size to me at no charge and didn't charge me for the extra piece. I simply had to return the incorrect piece within 30 days (very reasonable).

Unfortunately the suit didn't look great on me so I'm returning all the pieces, but will definitely shop there again because they have been so nice and everything has been so easy!!!!
