Huge FAIL! I haven't been into a Charming Charlie since last holiday and won't bother going back. I was extremely disappointed in the lack luster assortment! There was not one garmet that appealed to me enough to take a closer look. The accessories were very bland and overpriced and the service abismal.  The "greeter" gave me a head to toe "once over" and acknowledged me but never actually spoke, I finally spotted another associate in the very back of the store that was too busy chatting with a male friend to assist, acknowledge or engage in any way. I spent 40 minutes browsing and left knowing I will never return. I don't know what has happened but this was the complete opposite from visits a year ago. Do Not waste your time.

Worst experience! The elder lady who works there was extremely condencending and disdainful. I went in to exchange a gift and she greeted me at the door not with the same smile and informative greeting I have received at other locations but more of a dismissive what do you need attitude. I told her I was going to exchange a gift. She then immediately took my bag from me to the back by the register and after being asked if I wanted to know the price, I chose not to as I wasn't really interested in knowing the price, it was a gift! and I didn't mind paying the difference, if there were to be any. I still smiled and thought maybe she isn't having the best day so I tried to lighten the situation up a bit and commented about how big this location was. She replied with "well this IS the location by Northpark the states biggest mall, our store is bound to bigger. I decided to stay quiet after that, she showed me where things were. Some time later I didn't find what I was looking for and walked towards the register to pick up my bag. So apparently she had decided she was going to look up the price of my gift anyway... (Although I had clearly stated I didn't care to know the price and although I was not exchanging after all) and told me "oh, this was only x amount you should probably just keep it."  How utterly disrespectful! I have never been treated in such a demeaning manner at any other location. What a horrible way to ruin someone's day, I walked out without replying. I sincerely hope no one else has this type of experience I will just be staying away from this location.

Love the inventory and organization at this store.  absolutely breathtaking! it's like an accessory heaven for adult women.  love it
