clientele have gone down over the last year, locker rooms typically dirty and the worst part is rude people sitting on machines using their cell phone, seriously the cell phones have got out of hand. and staff doesnt do anything about it. staff is  somewhat nice but fairly disengaged and the class trainers are TERRIBLE. one hispanic girl always comes in to work looking rough and hung over like shes been on an all night drinking binge.

Decent facility. AWFUL costumer service. The staff is some what friendly, however anytime there's any issues/concerns or questions they made you wish you never said anything. It is obvious that there aren't many people that actually care about their costumers. I did training sessions and loved my trainer, she is absolutely wonderful. It's a shame that they suck so much. They made an incorrect $500 charge on my account and I've called 4 times to get it resolved and they act annoyed. EXCUSE ME I should be the annoyed one but I'm pleasent everytime and hey make me feel like an ass for even bothering them to do their job.

Horrible service. I signed up for a summer membership. During the summer, any time I wanted a staff members service, they were always hiding in their back room doing who knows what. They would even sometimes look at me, and then walk into the room! The worst thing is that they never once told me that I had to stay a member for an entire year before canceling unless I want to pay an extra $60 fee. Find a better gym.

Horrible facility.. I just had a problem with the gym charging me innapropriate fees that were never discussed with me. When I called I spoke to someone named Israel who claimed to be the GM.. which I later found out he was not the GM. I explained to him I wanted the fees removed and how I was upset and his response was "I'm not doing that" and when I threatened to cancel my membership his response was "Go Ahead." I was astonded.. can't believe he even has a job there. Needless to say I eventually called the billing company who removed the fee & I canceled my membership that day. There are many other inexpensive  gyms in the area with friendly associates who actually care about their clients. I wouldn't recommend it here.

Very nice facilities. TERRIBLE customer service when I had to cancel my membership after several years due to extensive work related travel. HORRIBLE, RUDE IMPOLITE customer service number.  I would have easily rejoined had my work schedule lightened up - now, you couldn't pay me to rejoin!
