The staff is friendly, the equipment is kept up with and the protein shakes are delicious. The staff have always address my concerns with the utmost care and understanding. I want to give a shout out to David especially. Keep up the good work.

Me and my girlfriend just started a membership here since we were unhappy with our other 24/7 gym. I saw all these negative reviews before going in, so my expectations were not high. We went in and received a full tour of the facility. Once we sat down with the Manager, Mike, he asked us what we thought of the facility and what we were interested in. We told him we just wanted to be able to use the main facility and that was it. He didn't try to 'scam' us like others have said, he didn't try to up-sell us. He just gave us the outline of what we wanted and then we talked pricing. When he gave us the pricing I was shocked. The month to month cost was the was the same as our other gym, but what you are getting here is a 200% increase. Not to mention the HUGE discount you get here for paying upfront! This was all my first impression so if anything changes I will be sure to talk to Mike first, then update my review if necessary.

My suggestion to anyone who is unsure, or is having problems. Go talk to the Manager, Mike.

Awesome gym! Plenty of cardio machines, sufficient weight lifting area, 25 meter swimming pool and dual spa. The spa treatment area and availability is amazing! Wonderful costumer service and friendly staff.

One of their better locations staff actually seems to care about current members vs most locations who just seem to want new members. The equipment is nice the personal trainers are willing to help you with equipment if you need it and no matter how busy it seems to be they always have some room for you to get a workout in.

I had the WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE HERE! DO NOT GET A MEMBERSHIP HERE! I REPEAT! Everything is a scam! I was looking to try out a place for free before I signed up for anything, and saw their website had a free guest pass for 7 days- so I went in to tell them that is what I wanted to do. They kept trying to get me to buy all these extra things and told me I needed to see a personal trainer 3 times a week! I am 5'2 and a 115 pounds so I know I do not need a personal trainer.. come on! 

They would not drop it and kept suggesting other things instead (all which were extra fee's of course). I was getting super uncomfortable and told them I did not want a membership and I wanted to just leave. Then the guy told me he was "disappointed in me" and "did not understand why I would not buy it." He then asked, "is it too expensive? I told you what the price was up front so I am just super confused and now its awkward." HA He felt awkward? How do you think I felt!?!! Being pressured into buying a stupid gym membership!

All I wanted to do was try the 7 day guest pass!!! I never agreed to any memberships, and even if I had its MY MONEY and I can do what I want! I am still in shock about this situation and hope nobody else falls for this scam! I also hope that guy gets fire- he was the worst sales person in the league. (His breath smelt too, gross!)
