I have been working out at Premier Performance and Fitness for two years. In that span of time I have lost 120 pounds while improving my fitness, overall flexibility, and nutrition. Aaron is an outstanding trainer focused on the individual needs of his clients. He keeps the workouts varied and fun, while always challenging you to do your best. I would highly recommend Premier Performance and Fitness whether you are interested in losing weight, building strength or both.

Great trainers who push you just enough, never gets boring, always challenging, body altering ina great strong way! Nutritional experts who believe in balanced eating not crash diets so you can maintain your weight loss and goal weight! Ive never been stronger, would recommend this company to all ages over any "chain" facility that trains its trainers for 5 days with a video!

Have been going to a group training session for a little over two weeks and love it. Aaron works you hard, and I feel sore, but a good sore! Already people are telling me I look better. Aaron's fun and knowlegable and I like going here better than the gym because he keeps you focused and motivated.
