Not enough equipment. When something breaks it's usually not fixed for weeks. Should add more equipment and expand their hours on weekends if they want to compete with other gyms in the area, whom they are losing business to. Still waiting for that "expansion" I've been hearing about for the last 5 years.

Staff is friendly and approachable.  Prices aren't unreasonable.  I wish the hours were longer on Sunday.  Cardio equipment is in a little bit of rough shape

Over the years, if I had any questions about proper techniques & nutrition used for muscle recovery after an injury, Charter Trainers were always  knowledgeable & helpful in assisting me.

Really fed up with the equipment being broke. Sure,  it's affordable but I'd rather pay triple and be able to use the equipment when i want
