ONE opened early June 2017. We are a yoga/meditation/nutrition studio located across the street from the north entrance to Valparaiso University.

ONE: The premier destination for all things Yoga, Meditation, Nutrition, and Community located across the street from the north entrance to Valparaiso University. ONE is a space for EVERY BODY. Sacred is the feeling when you walk into One Yoga with the sweet smells of sage and beautiful atmosphere.. Sherri is well intune with your needs and is a very hands on instructor who speaks wisdom from her heart. If you want to grow then this is the place for you..

This studio is everything I've looked for. The space is bright, friendly, and absolutely breath taking. It's a feeling of serenity and relaxation as soon as you walk in. I was able to try my first class, and afterwards Sherri had wheatgrass shots waiting for us to try. She's definitely creating a space of  love and community. I just wanted to stay and hang out afterward! The boutique and items for sale are also so so awesome! It's obvious they put time into each item they've chosen for the shelves. My second class they had lavender lemon water-yummy! The teachers are great, and really make you feel like they loved having you with them in class.

One is a BEAUTIFUL space, with a large studio with floor length windows and a smaller room for meditation and smaller classes. The teachers are knowledgable and the workshops are amazing with global teachers like Saul David Raye, Girish, and Seane Corn! There is a class for every age, experience level, and fitness type.
