The staff is nice, but the General Manager is not qualified to deal with people. I was threatened with violence by the Branch Manager when I accused him of not providing proper service. He was working the teller desk at the time and was trying to do the least amount of work possible. After dealing with such a crazy person I closed all of my accounts. The staff is nice, the Manager needs to work in the fields away from people.

Worst service EVER! Line out the door, 1 window open, and the manager and two other employees just twiddling their thumbs. No restroom for my 3 year old that I had to go across the parking lot to find one for her. The staff here is a joke!

I am both a personal and business customer at chase bank. This one continues to have only one teller available and both business and personal checking is handled at the same teller. However, I count 4 other staff at the bank, 2 of which are helping costumers in the cubicles and one is just standing around. I'm getting pretty tired of this. Time to look for a new bank

Long lines, slow service, and they no longer provide restrooms for the customers to use while you're waiting in the long, slow, line.
