Not sure what you guys even have a drive-through. A drive-through is supposed to be convenient for those who work. You're not open early and you're not open late!!! I will be moving to another bank.

Only paid parking which I dislike cause when I drive my residence to the bank I have to use my own personal money

went in to add a signature to an account. Signed in and waited 20 minutes. People that had come after us were being helped. checked the sign in sheet and apparently one of the customer representatives had crossed our names off the list by mistake without calling us. When I tried to obtain help, the other customer service representative was too busy. I asked to speak with the Bank Manager and accidentally went to the wrong office which didn't really matter because the bank manager wasn't actually in the bank. I asked the other gentleman to help me, but had to go put more money in my parking meter. I explained that I would be right back. He said he would be waiting. I came back to empty area. There were at least 4 tellers doing nothing 3 representatives helping other customer, one women on a personal call and the disappearing man and then a man walked in behind us as we waited. A bank representative came briskly over and shook his hand and asked how could he be of assistance. So I did not have my middle aged woman's business suit on or my physician scrubs because its my day off and had just come from the dog park. I also had my elderly mother with me. Why were perceived to have some sort of cloaking device on is beyond me. I have done most of my banking with Wells Fargo for 15 years and am now considering a change to perhaps Chase. This is not to mention that we had started at the branch down the street where the Branch Manager personally told us that he was short staffed and would we mind waiting for some time although he wasn't doing anything himself and somehow could not help us add a signature to an account? Wonder why your banking fees are so high? Because there is are a whole bunch of people doing a whole bunch of nothing over at the bank..

Wells Fargo pays their tellers and managers commissions to sign up new credit accounts. What do they do with those accounts? Wells Fargo will sell you a high credit limit, wait for you to use the credit up to about 40-50% of limit then lower your credit limit so that your account is permanently maxed out then claim your credit to limit ratio is high, fine you, and raise your rate to 34.9%. My credit accounts with Wells Fargo are paid on time every month. Furthermore, I pay more than the minimum amount. My debt to income ratio is 11% (far below the 46% the CFPB says is too high) and yet they said I was a credit risk and raised my rates. It has hurt my credit rating, hurt my business and I've had to eliminate jobs. Wells Fargo is an evil manipulative company that represents all that is wrong with America. You do business with them at your own risk.
