It seems that I always have business to take care of which requires me to go in and I don't mind that all. I have never had to wait more than a minute or two for teller service and when dealing with account representatives I have always felt welcome and treated respectfully. In comparison to a national  competitor that I have dealings with I prefer my experience here and at other Well Fargo branches that I've used. It's as if a requisite of being hired here is that you have to be a nice person.

Went on a Thursday to withdraw money and print out bank statements, spoke with the teller and told her why I was there and she told me to take a seat that the bankers would take care of me. There were TWO bankers on a Thursday at 3pm. Middle of the day, and the wait was 30 minutes long. I waited just to be told that I had to pay $5 per bank statement (I needed 8) and was told sorry that the teller didn't let me know before hand. Terrible customer service, badly trained staff.

I don't know, anytime this bank put the sign close today.., i don't know why close on regular day.

I went to this location on a Sat at 1:50 and unfortunately I had to go inside. This was a very quick visit; I was back in car by 1:54. As I walked up to the door, right away I noticed the "Closed" sign on the door and the lady standing by the door with keys. FYI, they close at 2 and there was no line inside. I raced to get there before they closed at 2, so I just walked in quickly. The teller was very nice and professional; no issues. As I'm at the window, I hear a lady asking if she can come in, referring to the closed sign. The lady by the door politely informed her she could. 

A business should not put up a closed sign (and have a employee standing at door w keys in hand) 10 mins before closing ...it was very unwelcoming. I expected to see a long line or something. And if I had to guess that Closed sign went up at 1:45. However, my teller and the lady at the door were both polite and smiled.

All that being said, I have been to location in the past without an issue. And I have been a Wells Fargo customer for over 20 yrs, I have found them to be reasonable (fees, fraud on my acct, etc).
