Go to this bank if you want to be treated with poor customer service by Manager Paul Meza. My husband went to get a simple notary which he has done in the past at this location. For some reason, Paul Meza decides to give my husband a hard time by asking him for mulitple statements of his account, asked for an authorization letter for a notary, and made my husband call the company to ask if they authorized his notary. Being that my husband is a very polite person with great manners no matter what situation occurs he did what was asked by Paul Meza. 

The company which my husband called told Paul Meza my husband was authorized to get his application notarized and the rep asked Paul if he knew what he was doing or if he knew what was needed for a notary. The rep shut this so called manager up who obviously has not dealt with notarizing. AND THIS GUY IS A MANAGER? Seems this guy likes to give nice people a hard time because he thinks hes in power. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I had to write this review because of bullies like Paul Meza.
