Brian is your man. He cleared up all my credit card issues (had some difficulties getting mine approved), fixed all my issues, and gave me a ton of insight on my next steps. I highly recommend seeing Brian for all your banking needs. This guy is a God.

The banker was busy answering the phone when I seat with him, and after 10 minutes he just said "it's time for my next appointment, sorry." And after several back and forth, he said "You can go to another branch because you probably don't want to work with me. I provide good customer service but you don't think so." Alright, very innovative point of view, whether the customer service is good or not is not defined by customer.

Easily the worst customer service I've experienced from a bank. Booked an appointment to open a checking account. Was met with a pushy guy with missing basic social skills. He told me I was old like him (at 33?). Spent five minutes trying to up-sell me on their products while refusing to honor a deal they religiously mail to me every other week. Headed to local credit union and reconsidering using my Chase cc as primary.

I was surprised by all these negative reviews. Brian was particularly helpful (knowledge, warm, and friendly) despite being very busy (which I can see why - he is in high demand). The location is very convenient being right in SLU.

That was a good banking experience!
First, I red google reviews and thought not to open an account at this branch. But It is the nearest Chase branch to home. So I have decided to give it a try.
When I went in there without appointment, Robby scheduled an appointment next day with banker Brain. Brain completed my account opening process while explaining other benefits Chase offers to its customers. He answered all my questions and treated me with respect that any customer would expect from a bank. 
I think this branch is not for those who just rush in at random time for banking. My only suggestion to Chase would be increase this branch staff so that you could help customers with no scheduled appointments.
