As a senior citizen I've found the service here impeccable.  Clean and secure surroundings.  Comfortable chairs everywhere and one even offered to me as I addressed the Teller.   I've been with Wells Fargo Bank since 1989 and with this particular branch for 15 years and I intend to stay the course.

Had planned to open up a bank account here today, but the manager who was nice enough to greet me decided I wasn't important enough to service.   

As a result, I stood there for a bit while he decided walking away and coming back and again doing nothing was more important than even asking me what I needed.   

I had planned on giving the bank another chance despite all the bad pr it has had over the past few years, but this branch is living up to its concern over the customer.  We are #2 to everything else.  

Oh well.  The next bank in the area I can find will earn my business instead.

This is a very good branch.  Clean, efficient, and well staffed.  I opened my account here 10 years ago and have kept it because of he level of service I get from Wells Seattle intl branch!
