The service is amazing and this bank gives you an option to fuse 2 different bank accounts from 2 different bank and transfer from 1 to another and visa versa without any wire transfer charges. All if this got done in 1 day. Best bank ever.

Unfortunately I bank with them and they have no customer service there. If you try to call good chance you get an answering machine because they never answer.

I tried to open a new account but all I did was sit and wait for over 30 minutes until I got tried of sitting there without being acknowledged

It's a bank branch. Nice staff and easy to use but nothing is write home about.

Exceptionally disappointing experience. Refused to accept a check for deposit because "in their opinion" it had to be written in letters and not numbers. I advised that I was happy to have a hold put on it until it cleared & was advised that policies were never waived and exceptions not appropriate. At this identical time, another teller cashed a check for a customer and advised that the bank's policy was that other bank's checks could not be cashed when the Chase account did not have enough funds to cover it. But they would make an exception "this time". Guess only special people qualify for exceptions. Really poor management.
