Employees just walking around talking to each other not helping clients. I was there for an hour and half nothing happened. White guy in a suite shows up hasn't even been there for 30 seconds and Kyle is already all up on him shaking his hand and takes him in to his office. AND THEY STILL HAD THE NERVE TO ASK SO SAY CAN YOU COME BACK LATER. THIS PLACE IS A JOKE. 5/3 Bank across the street has the better service than this AND TREATS EVERYONE EQUALLY!!! Really deserves no stars at all.

Every time I come here they cant do anything for me. The first time I need a new debit card no their machine wasn't working. The second time I needed a direct deposit slip and no they couldn't give one because I can get it online they told me. If you need simple things from a chase bank go to the one on Randall. They are very nice fast and they actually greet you when you walk in regardless of you're race. Unlike this location pretty races.

Horrible place. I went for open a new business account with chase. I check in 1pm till 2pm No one came to .
Finally I step out and went to bank of America. 
Now I'm going to my all accounts from chase bank to bank of America. 
Bye bye bad servers...
