Terrible customer service I have had my account there since 2007 I rarely have to go in  thanks to the convenience of online banking. I'm tired of the poor customer service and will be closing my account. Something as simple as depositing a check is such an inconvenience to the tellers there was nobody else in the lobby and I was asked to use the ATM. When I said I would prefer to just do it with her but didn't know the total of the two checks I literally had a calculator thrown at me and eyes rolled. I'm over it going to a credit union

Bad customer service. Rude people. If it was for me. I'll remove all my accounts. And go to another bank.

Visited this branch to have a new debit card printed. Inside 2 bankers were assisting customers and I had to sit and wait over a half hour for someone to assist. Could have taken care of me in between, which takes less then 5minutes! Very poor service while other workers walked by and did not acknowledge me as it was the end of their shift. I will never visit this location again!
