Have to agree with the others.  If the overweight, snippy chick is the manager, she is at best rude.  I feel for the employees that have to work with her.

Absolutely insanely bad service. Completely explained overdraft fees incorrectly, told me I had 24 hours to cover and overdraft when in reality I only have 4. Told me that my savings can cover overdraft fees and it didn't. I ended up with $300 in overdraft fees because THEY explained things incorrectly with me and then refused to reverse any of the fees. Closed my account and will NEVER do any business with them again.

Bad service.. girls sit behind the counter and chat and  dont acknowledge you. The manager is super rude!

Totally changing my impression about the services offered by the local T C F Bank...As if  it is  not enough I have to worry about the government "strike"...I  have to hear the rude bank manager telling me that I have to wait until Friday to get my $532.00 SSA direct deposit  which is  there/
Great ...I should have  listened to friends who told me I a/m a looser for using T C F bank a long time ago.  Better late tha n never... It's  gonna be GOOD BYE for  good !!! ... and I am not radu ...I am his  Mama!!! I am u sing his tablet ...So...I am in hot water and in great physical pain, because Obama cares but T C F does not' so I have no money to get my antibiotics and pain medicine ...I should suggest that you might want to send some manager from the C E O office to pose as a customer...All my appreciation for the young lady/teller=Adria/nna Cervantes who has been helpful and respectful and courteous ...as a bank representative should be!!!
  Sometimes I wander why did we take the risks of defecting from a country that was under a communist dictatorship...to only live in this wonderful land of freedom and opportunities and be subject to being deprived of basic human rights and treated like garbage by a woman who was in a hurry to take care of people speaking her own native language ....What if an old lady with a strong accent ,leaning in pain over the counter needs her hard earned early retirement pension to go to Mejers and get her meds...Shame on you T C F. I have being a loyal customer for many years, and my first encounter to the suburban customer service NON service was a total disappointment and painfully disgusting!!! ...
