Excellent service. Bankers are very helpful, and the branch is always nice and clean. 
Convenient parking without parking meters across the street.

Went to open a checking account and got so much more. My personal banker, Alex Alicea, was so knowledgeable about the services. He went out of his way to set up my online banking, online bill pay, email and text alerts and mobile banking. I'm very impressed with all the benefits that comes along with having a checking acct with Chase. I have many accounts with Wells Fargo since it was First Union but have not been treated so well. Considering extending my relationship with Chase.

I agree with Robert's comment.  Mr. Naranjo provides excellent service to all of his clients, he makes sure to share all of the benefits Chase has to offer with their accounts.  I'm with Chase for Mr. Naranjo and will follow him wherever he goes.  Thank you Mr. Naranjo!!!
