Worts brand ever of Chase. Slow, bad customer service. They don’t even have people in the front to guide you. The bathroom need a code and there is nobody to tell you the code

One of the worst chase branch. Begin using Chase for 5 years. This location is short staffed and very slow.

Brand new bank branch located in the corner of 27th ave and 8th str

They replaced people with machines and now have 2 machines inside and only 1 person attending.  People who want to use machines are outside in line for the machine. People inside all lined up for the the one person working. No one inside was in line for a machine. How counter productive can you be? What a waste of money. Going to regions to be helped by a live person.
