Reviews

I used one of the car ATMs at this bank and was not credited for the money I deposited. This is not the first time that I have problems with the ATMs of this bank. 
Then you have to go through the inconvenience of making a claim, and you do not have your money available at the moment, as it should be. 
I have minimized my operations with Chase, and I am evaluating closing my accounts definitively.

Very slow clerks, they forgot what's the meaning of service! I had to elevate my voice and tell them I was going to call my private banker on the Beach to solve the issue before the branch manager finally came to me! She was everything but the Chase way of welcoming clients!

Came in for a simple wire transfer took over 45 min never again the only branch i ever had problems with

No receptionist, wait list wasn't checked by any staff in the whole 30 minutes that I was there. Had to go ask a banker if they help customers at all (four others waiting). Told me to wait and not even bother signing into their joke of a wait list.
