The staff here are attentive and smart. They appear to be empowered to actually solve problems on the spot (compared with Bank of America, where even the branch mgr can't or won't help with simple requests). Parking is tight at this location, but the lines move quickly. Extra bonus points for the capable, diverse and helpful staff here.

Always friendly people helping. Chase is the fastest bank experience I've had hands down. I use the atm here all the time. Normally no waits.

Personal banker Rockney was excellent. The other personal banker Alfredo never acknowledged me, yet knew I was there waiting for assistance. Instead he was on his cell phone constantly giggling...Manager Ahmed didnt show a genuine interest

I just came from the hospital and my wife just conceived a beautiful baby girl. Two employees by the name of Jennifer and Daniel made every inch possible for me today. It wasn’t the amount that made the difference in fast secured and warm-hearted service.. no. 

It was the timing of the urgent matter that won me over to write this. They verified my classified personal information and were able to set me up with my funds to complete a transaction. These two saved my day. I came in on 7/5/17 to the us1 and 15th street location. That’s the shift they worked and I will remember them whenever I pass by (every other day)
