The professionalism and courtesy are good, but the bad thing is the restroom (just 1) which is dirty, has bad odor and no towel paper . They missed the 5 stars for lack of hygiene !!! The broker associate A. R was excellent doing her job. I could go to other Wells Fargo, but I came back because of the way she treated me.

It feels like a resort when you walk in;  well it also depends at what time you arrive but the serenity and peace I got at this location  compared to the one in nw 27 ave and sw 57 ave was very nice.
