Fantastic and friendly staff! My entire family has their accounts at TD Bank everyone is helpful and customer service is their priority. Mary, Manny, Brian, Patrick, Alberto, and Karen all are awesome make my baking experience so easy... Keep it up!

The staff wasted my time. 

1. I called ahead to make sure they had a working coin machine, when i get there they say its been out of order for a while.

2. They proceed to hand me coin shells and was told not to worry that they have a money counter in the back. They just need to receive the coins in the shells

3. As im finishing up, a teller tells me she cannot accept the coins because they must be exact change. According to her coin shells not are sized respective to the amount of coins inside.

4. I have 3 accounts at this bank and another in TD Ameritrade. This bank is an amazing organization, however this branch fails to live up to that standard. Between sly remarks and lack of customer service today they became "America's most inconvenient bank"

This just goes on to show that any branch/ franchise west of 57th ave from banking and finance to food and entertainment is subpar with the rest of Miami. 

So far out of the 10 locations in dade county this is the worst one.

We've had very positive experiences at this TD Bank, and it's thanks to Patrick B, who is an EXCELLENT customer service representative. He helped with a problem we were having, and in doing so demonstrated how good customer service can be! We really appreciate Patrick's professionalism.

Service was poor, bank manager unresponsive and dismissive.  Ive had much better service at other TD Bank locations
