Drive thru teller no responding Friday 11 AM. Had to go inside and make a 10 minute file to deposit and pay street parking.

Terrible service in this branch,  both drive thru and walk-in either understaffed or they just don't care I'm not sure.  45 minute wait for teller today to pick up Euro's I ordered last week, then they weren't even ready but took person another 15 minuted talking to several people to find out where they might be.  Took funds out of my account last week though.  Promoted CitiBank Gold card but getting the service sucks
