Worse bank ever!! They're very strict in the documentation, even if I have my documents from the government to do whatever legally I need to do in this country, they don't accepted. Discrimination??? I don't know but sounds like that.

Worst chase I've been a loyal customer for more than 6 years and having a person outside telling you, can't park in certain areas is ridiculous, after I bank I have to move right away? Not sure whom is in charge but never will I come back

Horrible customer service, it's supposed to be first come first serve, but if you are Chinese or Korean you get help before anyone else.

I signed in and wait more than half an hour in the waiting area.  And this mainland Chinese women rushed in interrupt one of the lady staff, ignoring the sign in sheet.  The staff asked this mainland Chinese lady to have a seat. But once the staff finish with her current customer.  The staff assisted the mainland China lady instead of going to the sign in sheet.  This is America... Please wait in line
