I called into this bank to get pennies. I collect coins and they knew this. They told me over the phone they had a box I could purchase. I stop in and they realize it's me. Next they tell me they don't have pennies and the teller was misinformed. The woman teller acts like a no it all with her coins even though her information on the ones she was specifying wasn't even correct, and they obviously don't value me as a customer. Every other chase bank allows me to purchase coins except this one. Every other chase bank is better.

I never enjoy writing these kinds of reviews but this place's service was a absolutley horrendous. The teller was rude and arrogant. Save your self and go to Bank of America down the road.

This place is complete garbage. If you like being treated with utter disdain every time you talk to a teller this is the place to be.

This branch has poor customer service and the tellers are unfriendly.  I have a mortgage, checking/savings, credit cards and business accounts through chase and I get poor service at this location.  I needed to have a legal document (1 page) printed and noterized.  The teller told me they could not print the document without even checking with anyone.  Small things go a long way for a customer of 10 years but this branch hasn't figured that out.
