This is the slowest customer service I have ever experienced. I went during my lunch hour and had to walk out because no one could help me in the 45 minutes that I sat and waited in the lobby. I wasn't even acknowledge when I walked in. Everyone around me was extremely annoyed at the wait time. Meanwhile, the entire time we waited, one of the employees was playing on his personal cell phone. I came here to open an account but I am strongly reconsidering my decision if this is how they treat their customers.

I came in on a Saturday morning to open up an account and was in and out pretty quickly.  Trisha was very helpful and I had no issues.

I won't return to this location anytime in the near future. There has been an employee turnover. They have decided to hire disgustingly rude tellers that have poor customer service skills.😠
