I have been a member here since 2009 and have never had a problem with NFCU until the past year. The credit union itself is amazing but this branch has declined so much. Customer service is terrible. I could barley understand the receptionist and we couldn't even meet with an actual banker. I asked to order checks and the reply was "not today just go do it online." It's sad cause it's the only branch around here. If the customer service does not turn around we will be taking our business to a different credit union.

This branch is ridiculous, always a line not enough tellers and the front desk person usually decides to take over 15 minutes with a single customer. Not happy.

In 2005 I became a member.  NFCU was the best.  Somehow over the years they became the worst. Completely incompetent. I don't recommend NFCU to anyone.

I absolutely love my bank. I've never had a problem.  Been a member since 2011. I have since had my mama, grandma, stepdad, little sister, & 3 bestfriends (sisters) join.
