Betty Richmond helped me with a wire transfer for the closing of my house. She was getting ready to go to lunch but stayed so that she could help me. She was friendly, understanding and professional. If this Chase branch were closer (I drove 3 1/2 hours to get here) it would be my go to branch. Thank you Chase for employing great people !

Customer service is polite and courteous and very friendly. (800) number is 24/7. I can get help for anything.  My accounts' work for me.
