Don't waste your time here. When I pulled up I had a bad feeling from prior experience but couldn't remember why. I figured I'm already here and just give it another try... I walked in and was greeted by a Chase employee standing there asking me what would I like to do there today. Explained to him I have a cash deposit and showed him. He then told me to use the automated service and do 4 separate self sevice deposit transactions with the machine!   Why the hell is he there then? Then another employee walked up and asked him she can help me with the money counter for the deposit.  He told her no, it's OK. I swear I will never come here again. I drove down the street to Chase near Tilly and was received with great customer service and have no clue why the Weir Canyon site at Ralphs center or that useless body of an employee was there.

 I'm writing this to remind me never to come here again and let others and Chase know they need to close down this location or hire better employees. I've only been a member with them for 21years.
