The previous manager there is very unhappy and rude lady, said they did everything right.   However, It take me 3 trips, totally more than 3 hours and they still need me to go in again to sign some papers that the staff obviously forget ask me to sign when I was there.  After 3 trips, they still can not make the things right. The staff acts like she know what she is doing, but it takes me about 2 weeks, numerous phone calls to get this in the place, for a simple power of attorney account which I did at other branch in 30 minutes!
This branch need a good manager and the staff need take serious training.
Other branch at 5625 E Santa Ana Canyon Rd, Anaheim, CA 92807 cross of Imperial Hwy, is not far and they have far more better service, they are not like this one.  
This is the worst banking experience I have ever got!  2016/08/15

I do not know it is because this or other reason, that staff is transferred to other branch, and the previous manager is on the leave.  If it is because this, Wells Fargo is taking care of customer first, it is great bank! 2016/08/31
