They have atms you can see right inside the door but you can't use them past 6pm. How convenient is that? It also says 24 hour access if you call some 800 # on the door. Really?

I have three home mortgage loans with them, I went to get some change there, I took 1200 and I asked for 600 dollars in 1 dollar bills and 600 in five dollars bills, the lady told me that in order to do that I have to have a checkings account with them. I said are you kidding me she said that "I would make an exception and change it for you but no more" I was Thinking to myself I am giving these guys about 2500 per month in interest and they do not want to give me change!!?? I asked do I have to ask the manager to get change and she replied She is going to tell you the same. I was speechless since when the Bank can have hostage an account to get you change? since you are a member already? Sad moment and I will not recommend them to anyone. Sorry Chase.

A lot of problems and the bank never takes responsibility when they do something wrong, or draw the process out when they make a mistake, with b.s. protocol instead giving the client back their money instantly the same way the funds were taken from the account.
