Idiots work here. They won't even fill out your deposit slips for you. I am fully capable of filling out my own forms but if I wanted to do that I would use the ATM! Sometimes it's nice to talk to a banker and make sure everything is ok with the forms and my account, but not here. This branch completely lacks respect, courtesy, and the ability to speak without a spitting lisp. Go to Wells Fargo where customer service MATTERS.

If you have anywhere to be, do not go to this location. When I arrived, I was the second person in line. When it came time for me to meet with the teller, she said sorry I have to do something, and left. I stood there waiting for the remaining teller for 15 minutes. During my 15 minutes, not one other person came in line. The teller that left should have addressed my needs before leaving. I finally gave up and left because it should not have to take that long to cash a check. I will not be going to this branch anymore.

The first bank I ever made business with is Chase and I couldn't complain anything. This branch is the best. I have been to other locations but this bank has the best customer service people. Last year they had the best team ever who consist of their manager Aracelli. She worked with Angelo, TJ and Katrina. All three are gone and I am sure all other customers misses them. If you are shopping in Albertson and you are not doing any business with the bank they will still try to extend their hands and neck just to say hi to you even if you are at the end of the grocery store. They are fast, efficient, knowledgeable and very friendly. The new team is not bad at all I think this location has maintained it's culture of just simply being the best!
