For the life of me I do not remember the young girl who helped me today, however i wanted to say Thank You so much for your great customer service. I was in a tough bind and I was feeling very stressed about  it, she went above and beyond and helped me much more than I had asked for. I appreciate it so much! THANK YOU!

In this branches defense,  the overall complaint is not all about them. with that said if the woman behind the counter had not been so snarky I would not be leaving this review. If Wells Fargo is trying to fix their reputation of immoral business practices, they should not take away services to their customers.

I told them that they need to handle my situation before I deposit my check. They said it will process next day, so I deposited my check. It's been 4 days and my situation is still occurring. 😡

I wanted to close my friend's account.
He is in thailand and he does not use it but the bank charge $2 every month almost five years.
So he asked me to close.
The teller asked 2 documents.
My friend sent documents so I went to the bank but they said differently. And they asked more difficult documents to close.
