I use this branch all the time. Both drive thru and inside services are always promt and the staff is very polite and helpful.

Went to this branch to open a personal account. There was no one in line in front of us except for in the teller line. Another customer came in who had an appointment in 30 minutes. Jesus came and asked if he could help the next person so we told him what we needed. He asked if we had an appointment and we advised we didn't. (We didn't know you needed an appointment to open a bank account.) A couple minutes later another woman came and asked the same question to which we gave the same response. She, very rudely, advised us if we didn't have an appointment they couldn't help us. She "called" another branch and rudely advised she couldn't help us. Ok. Bye Chase! We went across the street to First Bank and we were greeted and helped immediately. And, get this, we didn't need an appointment. Apparently, First Bank gets a lot of business from this awful Chase bank. We will never go to Chase again.

Been doing business banking here for a Lil over a year walk in today to open some personal accounts, what I assume is the Manager stopped me sees my deposit bag says I can't deposit business today unless I go thru the drive thru, wow OK. I said any way I'm here to open some personal accounts, nope were booked for the rest of the day, 3 people waiting, takes 2 and a 1/2 hr's to help three people wow. Good by chase you just lost me and my business as customers. I have never been so insulated in my life

Branch Manager Michael T. Shepard is an overbearing jerk! He recently yelled at me in front of a line of customers for asking a question! I felt threatened by his aggressiveness and in shock couldn't even stay to close my account. I had to get out of there. Today is Monday and after visiting another Chase to close my account I had to return to write this review. I hope this saves someone from going through what I had to go through! Don't use this bank!
