EVERYTIME IVE GONE IN THEY ALWAYSSS GREET ME AND ASK ME HOW THEY CAN HELP ME. THEY ARE QUICK AND ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS YOU ASK THEM. RICHARD SANCHEZ HELPED ME OPEN MY ACCOUNTS. HE IS AMAZING I TELL YOU. I WENT IN EARLIER TODAY FOR AN ISSUE BUT HE WAS QUICK TO FIX THE PROBLEM AND I LEFT WITH A SMILE. HE HEARD ME OUT, APOLOGIZED, HELPED ME OUT AND LEFT ME WITH A SMILE AND CONFIDENT ABOUT MY CHASE BANK. YOU GUYS ARE THE BEST. ALWAYS WILLING TO HELP ME OUT. JUST HAD A LIL ISSUE, I DID BRING IN A COUPON LAST TIME I WAS IN AND THEY COULDNT HONOR IT. HE DID SAY HE WOULD SPEAK WITH HIS MANAGER WHICH WAS ON VACATION FOR A WEEK AND NEVER RECEIVED A CALL. BUT TODAY I WENT IN AND REMINDED HIM ABOUT IT AND DID HELP ME UNDERSTAND THE MISCOMMUNICATION. HIS MANAGER NEVER CALLED ME BUT HE IS NO LONGER IN THAT BRANCH. HE DID SAY HE WOULD SPEAK WITH HIS MANAGER AND I WILL BE RECEIVING A CALL TOMORROW. OVER ALL CHASE IS AN AMAZING BANK TO BANK WITH. THANK YOU FOR HEARING ME OUT, HELPING ME OUT AND HAVING A TRUSTING BANK. SINCERELY IRENE HERNANDEZ

Love Chase, convenient, professional and friendly service. Caught credit card fraud twice right the way. Highly recommended.

Very long lines, over charges for fees, yet interest rates on savings are very low. Phone operator service is not helpful at all.

every time we go through the drive through we get bad very slow service. to top it off they are very rude, They came to to window "yah? you pushed the call button". VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE.
