These other reviews are absolutely absurd!  This bank provides me with some of the best customer service I've ever had, literally.  The women who work  there are completely friendly and personable. I love F&M because of these people.

They provided my daughter with her FFA loan for her market sheep. They have always been kind and courteous. She has her own account and does her own banking and they have been nothing but kind.

This bank is the ABSOLUTE WORST! The branch on My Henry and Rumble to be exact. My mother passed away and they have made me jump through all kinds of hoops to close out her account. To be exact the "Vice President Retail Manager"  is the most un-customer friendly person I have ever dealt with. She talked to me as if I was trying to get over on the bank, even after I had signed all of paper work they required. After dealing with my mother's sudden death I was extremely offened with the way this so called manager spoke to me. She is extremely unprofessional and I honestly felt like trash after speaking with her. She didn't even have the decency to call me back herself once it was discovered that I was in fact correct, she had another person contact me. I guess treating people like crap is acceptable at this branch. Good to know. I hope F&M monitors these reviews because she needs to have her attitude addressed.

Worst customer service I have EVER seen! At least 6 employees, 3 customers & it takes 25 minutes to simply cash a check? Would have spoke to manager, but she was in the middle of a hugely important conversation with a teller and a customer about her holiday plans! And to top it off they had the nerve to ask if I'd consider opening an account!! Really?
