Terrible customer service. Every time I go to make a deposit for my company they seem to change the rules for what is allowed. I really like Wells Fargo, but not this branch!

I drove up to the drive thru at 9:07 this morning and didn't get taken care of until 9:21.  I was behind a car that had a problem, and it was taking several minutes and several conversations....so, I moved to the next lane...The same thing happened there.  The only other lanes available were commercial and ATM.  If you have customer in the drive thru with a problem...send them inside and don't tie-up the drive-thru, it is designed for quick service.  I certainly didn't get it today, or an apology.
