The experience is horrible, what Chase is know for most. 1. They had one teller handling both inside and drive thru. 2. The suggestion from Gabriela Alicea, lead operation specialist, was to drive to another branch 15 minutes away. Not sure how that is meeting the customer's need? The branch should own their shortcomings, not pawn it on the customer. 3. My child collects change, and chase doesnt accept coins unless wrapped, seems odd to expect a 4 year old to wrap coins. How is it not the banks responsibility to count out the money.

Severely understaffed. Longest line I've ever seen at a bank. Drive up tellers were also clogged. The phone is also not answered at this bank.

I pay my credit card every month and I disagree with all due respect with those who make a bad claim. Obviously there might be times when it could happen, be patient and look the brighter side of those people who are there to serve customers and I have never seen more polite and professional people specially here in osceola. I only have one question to any manager at chase. I received a paper that says important news about cash policies,but I take a money order as payment and I get a receipt as paid, shall this concern me or not? thank you
